I got an awesome deal on a tetherball set the other day for the kids. I enjoyed it as a kid and thought they might. I have found out, I still enjoy it! LOL I hate to exercise, but have been having a blast playing with them. It may not be very strenuous exercise, but it does work up a good sweat! Not to mention I can give my 13 yr. quite a run for her money! LOL

Good for you!! It's amazing the fun things we can find to do to burn calories. I LOVED the year we got the kids a trampoline for Christmas. I had more fun on it than they did!

When I was struggling with exercise someone told me to try something I enjoyed as a kid. For me it's biking, but tetherball sounds fun, too!

That brings back such fun memories of playing tetherball in middle school. I can still visualize my worst competitor hitting that ball high in the air. I loved tetherball and wish I had someone to play with now. Enjoy!

I loved tetherball! I think it will be great exercise for you. Movement is what it is all about..and the more you move, the better you feel and then the more you move--it's all about momentum.

I remember working up quite a sweat playing. Hmm....may have to look around for a tetherball. But mine's going the SHADE!
