Wink Hint about Salad Dressing

I learned of this hint and thought I would share it with you guys. You know how we usually go overboard with salad dressings by pouring it on the salad?

Well they told me we should order it on the side or if your home pour it in a small container then dip your fork in the salad dressing before you take each mouthfulll, this makes your mouth taste the dressing last. Allowing you to consume a considerable less amount of dressing with your salad. Sometimes every calorie counts when you are battling the bulge.

LOL, I am just the opposite. I DO have my dressing on the side, but I take a forkful of salad and then dip that in my dressing because I like to taste the dressing first, not the naked lettuce.

Either way, you still consume considerably fewer calories simply by having the dressing on the side!
