I was just wondering what is good to eat when you are pregnant? I have been doing well since the beginning of my journey and when I do get pregnant I don't want to lose all the hard work I have put into this! Of course I know there will be things that I will want and shouldn't have but I'm hoping that I crave the good stuff instead of the bad!
I'm counting calories. I try to eat more protein and not as much of the simple carbs. I do give into the occasional chocolate and ice cream cravings but that's if I have enough calories at the end of the day to eat it.
