TOM really urkes me because my weight for that week is totally off and I have to wait until the next week to see what I have lost!! I have only been at this for about a month now, so can anyone tell me---is this the way it's always going to be? I guess once I get to my goal it won't be such a big deal, but since I'm still in the beginning stages, I just want to see loss.......lol!

Its been that way for me every month. Its the darn water weight. I never weigh during that week. It's always great to see a loss after the week is over though
