Congratulations!!! I just hit that magic 20 lbs. lost and know exactly how you feel.

When I got that first 10 lb lost ribbon (from WW) I felt like I had won a major award! Hold on to this feeling and keep it going.

I know what you mean!!! I stopped stepping on the scale and only step on it once every ten days or so because I don't want to get caught up wih numbers. I just want to look good in cloths that fit n feel confident with my appearance again! :)

Congrats on being 10lbs closer to your goal, and congrats on getting your ticker :carrot: I know I was so super excited to get my ticker. As silly as it may sound, updating my ticker is really a source of motivation for me. Get involved in some challenges, they really do help.

Congrat!! I agree, the ticker is a motivation for me too (simple things mean the most I always look forward to changing it. It's funny how 10 lbs can make a difference. I always thought that 10lbs would not do that much seeing as I have so much to loose, but I def. feel the difference in my I said on another post.....I no longer have to do the "squat and stand" dance with my!
