Question Phase 1 Headaches
Wow - woke up with such a bad headache. I've read a little about the SB "flu" and I've been making sure to eat all my snax an staying hydrated. Yeek!

I'm wondering if I should curtail coffee drinking for a while, too.

Any Beach Chix go thru this?

I did! For me it started on day 4 and lasted for 3 days, I had a headache, body aches, nausea and fatigue. It was not fun. But it was over soon, so hang in there!

Personally I wouldn't stop drinking coffee, because going through those withdrawals can be pretty bad too and I wouldn't want to go through both carb withdrawal and caffeine withdrawal at the same time. Just keep doing what you're doing, you'll feel better soon and you'll be so glad you stuck with it.

That is good advice - I don't think jonesing for caffiene is going to help this week! I just ordered some sugar free Torani syrup in Vanilla and Hazelnut so I can still make a nonfat latte!

I agree with Chelsea about not wanting to change caffeine intake at this point. I did a forum search (above the stickys) and typed in "Phase 1 Headache" here is the result which might have more helpful info http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/sear...archid=3566565.

I'm on day 6 and my headaches are just beginning to ease off. I couldn't have given up my caffeine during that time. Maybe this week.lol
