Ok I'm curious if i'm the only one going threw this...Before i started to diet i loved pepsi. I could drink a pepsi...Or 2 every day. Since bein on a diet...Or should I say changing my eating habits i stopped drinking them. I tried to drink one today and though my chest was on fire when i took my first sip..It was soooo strong. I tried to still drink it because i no pepsi is strong but i didn't even make it half way threw the bottle and had to toss it in the garbage. Whats something you loved before you changed your eating habit and you don't enjoy it anymore?
Deep fried things ... anything deep fried was good right?? Wrong, if I eat something deep fried now, even if it just a bite I can taste the grease, I can feel it on my lips and all around it is just kinda gross to me.
I second deep fried things and chocolate. I had a donut a while back and was literally curled in the fetal position for the rest of the night. And I used to be a chocolate QUEEN. But now I eat half a square and I'm like, "Richness overload! Richness overload!" and have to go wash my mouth out with green tea.
Man I wish i could be that way with chocolate! Thats still my weakness! I remember back when i could have a pepsi and a snickers for breakfast and fill full for hours! LOL!! Guess thats what got me in the situation i'm in now! Candy is my weakness!
Most deep fried things (Ok ok, the tempura sushi still is yummy sometimes! As are french fries), and almost everything by TastyCake - I used to hoard that stuff and I had one of those butter kreme crimpet things the other day and it was GROSS! And fast food - I used to get Wendy's and Burger King all of the time and now it looks and tastes disgusting. Not to mention it has my digestive system in knots for days!
