Thank you! I was just curious about the Simply Filling because I will probably need to use this strategy when I go overseas. Unfortunately in Japan, they don't have as many nutritional information as we do here so I won't be able to calculate the points values myself.
So far, I've been using the Momentum plan and have never done Simply Filling. Hopefully it'll go well, and I won't gain too much weight while I'm there!! Wish me luck.
