Amy, I think the most important thing you can do is come here and have a group for support and to be accountable to. We are very good at cheering the little victories, as well as the big ones, and also kicking butts back into the program when they stray. It's really helpful to have a place to come and talk about all the things you can do to make this easier and give as well as get support.
