I'm on Medifast, lost 22lbs so far......
went from 240 to 218. I'm 5'9.
I started exercising March 1, and what an amazing difference. I have so much more energy! I'm doing cardio, strength, & yoga.
My question is
Do you think it's possible to drop 2 sizes in 6 weeks? we have a trip coming up, I'm wondering if my goal is reasonable.
