LA Weight Loss - Food

Hey ladies and gents!

I need some advice...or even if you are curious about certain foods please put them on this thread maybe someone can answer it :)

For LA how do these foods fit?

nutrigrain bars (whole wheat)
snap peas
chocolate milk

For the chocolate milk I usually use 8 oz. skim milk (1 dairy) and add 1 Tbsp of lite Chocolate syrup (1 condiment) when I am craving chocolate milk.

Not sure about the other ones...sorry

peas are a starchy vegetable-I think you get 1/2 cup or 3/4 cup as 1 starch

snap peas are a vegetable-not sure of the portion size-probably 1 cup=1veg

A nutrigrain bar would likely be 1S and 1Fruit but that's just a guess

nutrigrain bars (whole wheat)=1S
snap peas-1/2 cup cooked or 1 cup raw = 1V
peas- 1/2 cup = 1S
chocolate milk= Not mentioned.I think not allowed on plan because you can't have flavored milk with sugar.

ANDDD PS just after finding this website.. i've finally gone down that ONE POUND!! its a start.. You guys have really been awesome!
