I had a perfect day today! I stayed within my calories and focused on making all of my meals healthful (with the exception of a small piece of cake at book discussion, but I left the frosting). And I exercised for the first time after two weeks of being sick (and a little bit more from before that when I was struggling to get back on track), which aggravated the remainder of a cough that I have but I think it was worth it.
I had that "binge reflex" a few times today when I walked past the container of chocolate chips cookies my mother-in-law made over the weekend, but I didn't give in.
I know I'm still going to have to work hard to keep myself on track for a while, but I'm a step closer now!
