Default MetaQuick + energy?

I'm a couple days into MetaQuick and almost passed out in the shower this morning from lack of energy. I recovered and got ready for work, had breakfast (within 40 min of waking up) and am at work now but I'm still really low on energy and concentration.

Has anyone experienced this? It's my first time on MetaQuick and i'm wondering if i'll get used to it pretty quickly and then can finish out my week like a normal person? I can't even imagine going to the gym like this!

I never had any energy doing MetaQuick. I had to stop all exercise the week that I was doing it so I didn't tax my system. Are you trying to exercise....you may want to put it on hold until after this week. They also told me to have a hard boiled egg white....white only if I really needed something in between. You may want to ask about that

Thanks! Yes, i'm thinking there's no way i'll workout or get many errands done. I'll ask about the egg whites, it seems like just a little shot of sugar would do the trick, a couple blueberries or something.

I would feel the same way on MetaQuick and when I told my center they acted like this was abnormal, and gave me no solution. In general I have a long day to begin with and was told I can add a sugarfree jello cup to my day if needed.

maybe add veg to your lunch...alos - check you blood pressure and sugar levels....might be having some sort of lows. I am not diabetic - but a friend has lows alot and almost passes out. Can't image it's healthy thing for your body.

Hum, I never experience this when I do Meta-Quick, but our bodies all respond differently.

I actually feel so much better and stay fuller on Meta-Quick.

I sure don't know if it would help in this particular case, however, a quick blast of Vitamin B-12 might energize you. You can purchase a B12 spray from Dr. Mercola. I use it right before I head out for my 3.5 mi walk each day. Just something to consider? This is particularly helpful since we don't get caffeine!

I would guess if the calories are too low your energy is going to be zapped. Does everyone do MetaQuick?

I have done it, but didn't see any benefits. All I could think about was real food, so may not do it anymore. Don't remember any energy problems though.
