I've used them in the past and I lost a ton of weight. They really got me in good shape but I find that he goes too fast to really use good form. And it gets very repetitive too so I got bored easily. I've found other workouts in recent years that I enjoy much more and keep me in shape.

I started off doing Tae Bo. Once I figured out the moves and proper form I found it to be fun. I used it for a few months and it really did help tone my core up. I get bored pretty easily so I had to switch after a while and moved on to Jillian Michaels DVD's. From there I moved on to the Insanity videos. Just finished my first round of Insanity and going to start round 2 tomorrow. I also just ordered Brazil Butt Lift and I'm going to do both BBL and Insanity.

Tae Bo was my stepping stone and I owe a lot to Billy Blanks. However, I find I can never go back to Tae Bo because it doesn't provide me the level of intensity I need anymore.

I have the Billy's Bootcamp kit & love it. It came with the resistance bands.
I have done them in the past, but not right now as I am building running mileage, but will do them again soon for strength & toning. They DO WORK but can be very hard at first. If you can't do it with the bands, just take the bands off & do the routine without them until you build up.

I also have the Billy's Bootcamp and they DO work. They toned me up and all of my coworkers kept asking me if I was losing weight. And that was without me using the bands. I'm currently doing P90x but Billy's bootcamp was definitely a huge stepping stone for me to keep up a bit with p90x. I tell everyone to give Billy a try because you see results.
