Default Looking for advice on low(er) impact exercising

I over did it last week with weight training. (3-4 days of 30 day Shred, 1.5 hours of weight bearing martial arts, 5 days of week 3 and 4 100 push ups challenge.)

By last night I felt totally wiped out, especially in my back and neck muscles, since they are used a lot in the martial arts. I think I need to take a break from the weight lifting, but I still want to do some exercising today. I could just go for a walk, but I was looking for some suggestions for other exercises, especially good DVDs for days when I am too wiped to do strenuous exercise, but still want to get a workout in.

Thanks.

How about yoga? I like to throw it in on my "rest" days.

Water exercise is my first choice for effective low impact total body work outs; I love aqua aerobics or swimming etc.
