Default Hello, mine name be Julia!
Hey everyone!
I am so excited to have found a place where I can share my goals, feelings, and struggles with outher people that have the same issues I have. I never have been able to talk about my weight problems before, but I am ready to addmit that I need to loose a few! Currently I am at 220, and my goal is to be down to 155. Maybe in the future, I will loose even more than that. I have a personal weight loss coach, and I am trying to get all of the support I need to accomplish these goals!

Welcome septemberlove.

This site is fantastic for getting the support you need. It's also inspiring (especially the before and after photos and success stories) and contains an unbelievable amount of information on almost every eating plan out there. A huge plus for me is the accountability. I've made so many friends, esp. in the Atkins section.....and love to come on and report my success regularly. That in itself has been invaluable. It's kept me focused and honest with myself.
