I really had a craving for crackers and tried this recipe out. Not exactly the same but it satisfies the craving.


Ingredients:

1 c. raw, shelled sunflower seeds
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
1/4 c. water

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put sunflower seeds and parmesan in food processor until almost a flour consistency. Add water and blend until soft and sticky.

Place dough between 2 sheets of parchment paper and roll or press thin. Score into squares and bake on parchment covered sheet for about 30 min or until evenly browned. Break off on score lines and store in airtight container.
