So I bought this exercise series a long time ago and am thinking about dusting it off and trying it again. Has anyone here used it with any result?

I don't know why I have decided to have an addiction to exercise tapes, but I do. I also have several Jillian Michaels tapes. I think I'll do the Slim in 6 for 6 weeks and then switch to Jillian (I may actually be able to make it through a whole workout of hers at that point).

I have just started using this but I can feel that I'm gonna get results from it. Sure works muscles that I don't normally work.

My friend used this after she had a baby and wow did it do wonders for her. I swear her hips and waist are smaller now than they were pre-baby.

I also have Jillians 30 Day Shred & No More Trouble Zones that I'm gonna alternate with.

I did slim in 6 for a while, but for me, it was hard to commit to 6 days a week X 45 minutes a day. So, I switched to Jillian's 30 day shred and had awesome results!
