Default GI Diet

I read somewhere on the forum that a lady who has PCOS read the GI Diet book and had good results.

I went to Barnes & Noble last week and picked it up. It was under $10.
I was amazed at what I read. So much that I did not know was in the food that I normally ate.

Anyways, I have been trying to lose weight for a year and have had no luck. In this past week I have lost 3 pounds.

I just wanted to share this with ya'll incase there is someone out there that is getting as frustrated as I was and needed something new.

Thanks for sharing! Another good book that might help you out is SugarBusters, which is also based on the Glycemic Index. Very simple and easy to follow.

Thanks, I have heard alot about Sugarbusters. I will check that out.
On the Glycemic Index, it says to give yourself a treat and allow yourself to go off. Well, I did just that lastnight and I wasn't interested in what I was eating. I was actually craving a salad. Strange what eating fresh does to u.
