The guy makes some good points because we do get alot of water in veggies and fruit. However most of the medical community thinks he is full of SH*T

Hello,
All I know is that when I follow ww to the tee, I have a better weigh in when I'm compliant with my water intake. I just keep in my head that with the many bathroom trips I make, I'm washing away fat. Stupid, I know, but it works for me.

Have a great day,
Kelly

I am a big water drinker. I love the stuff!

I get in at LEAST a gallon of water a day. Usually more -- because its all I drink basically (with the exception of my skim milk and juice each morning and an occassional decaf coffee).

The more I drink -- the better I lose weight. Its been so hot here that I have been drinking 160 ounces or so each day and its helped my weight loss. If I don't drink enough -- I can feel it and its NOT a good feeling either.

So I think this guy is CRAZY! But that is my opinion!

I always urge people to drink water -- its just so darn good for you -- WHY NOT!

I read that one, too. . . have to say. . . water seems to be a really important part of the program for me. Plus, I just like it! I have a trusty water bottle with me almost all of the time. It's become my weight watchers "security object!" LOL

Each to their own, I suppose, but my weight loss and better complexion seem to speak for the importance of water for me!!

Have a great day!

No depends here!

Seriously though once your body gets used to that much water you don't have to "go" as much. I mean sure I "go" alot -- but its worth it to me -- and think of all the exercise I get running back and forth to the bathroom!!

I just love water and since I need it anyway I just guzzle ALL DAY LONG! It works for me!
