Great link, thanks! He's a bit too lax for me, but it seems to have worked for him! I can't knock that. I live by some of the same principles, but I make a concerted effort to really keep myself in check. But like him, I'm not denying myself anything. I'm just learning about portions. I think a 2000 calorie fast food meal is never ever in my future ever. And I can live with that. However, I might take 1/4 of that 2000 calorie meal off my husband's tray.
