Question Non circuit strength training videos?

I don't like circuits and I want to find a new strength training video. Alot of the ones I see are circuits. I've used Turbo Sculpt and I liked it. I'm just bored of it. Any videos that are good for a beginner/intermediate?

Try Jackie Warner's Work Out. I have the original release, which is divided into 3 sections, each lasting 20 minutes: Upper Body, Lower Body, Abs. At the beginning of your workout session you can select any one you want or two or all three. It's a pretty thorough workout.

I saw the other day that a new release is out (I saw it in Walmart) and it is similar, but each section is 15 minutes. There is also a "combo" workout that goes for 40 minutes. I believe this newer release will contain some exercises that were included in the original one (there was an article about her and the new video in Women's Health a few months ago) but I don't know if the new DVD is more advanced.
You can order it directly from her website, www.jackiewarner.com - perhaps there will be more info about it there, I didn't check - or try eBay, Walmart, Amazon, the usual.

http://www.collagevideo.com/ This is a fun website. I'm sure you can find something you like here!

http://www.totalfitnessdvds.com/ Here's another good choice, but I like Collages bar graphs system.

Note the clips on both sites!

Hope that helps!

P.S. I just checked out Jackie's website and to my surprise the new DVD is not available from there, only the original one. (The new one has a white & blue cover). Here is a clicky to tehe listing on Amazon - you will see both listed there.

I bought the newer one and I'm previewing it. I think most of the moves I can do. Some I may have to modify. If not, I will try it in a few months if I don't think I can do it. I really like her and she looks so much better with long hair. I figure if I don't like it, my mother can use it. I also bought power sculpt from BL. I didn't feel the burn at all in legs. I really like feeling that burn. They moved too fast for me to focus in my squats or lunges
