Before they got the new salads they had a grilled chicken salad...I got that all the time when I traveled for work. Now they have a BLT chicken salad that is on plan except for scooping off the bacon bits. You have to ask for the light dressing....and I dont think they have have fat free. One time I got one of the mandarin, chinese salads...it was pretty good. Had to use my own dressing though.
