So, my last visit to the site was in March of 2008. I had started the South Beach diet and this forum gave me great motivation. I had quit smoking and really wanted to lose weight instead of gain. I started working out and was super motivated. In April, my hubby and I went to Jamaica, and I started smoking again.....beach, adult beverages and non quitter hubby....what can I say.....anyway, my resolve to only smoke on vaca melted away along with my South Beach diet.....what hasn't melted away is the fat! So, I'm back and to any of you that are new here as I was and am again, this is a great place.

Hey, it happens - the reason there's room on the wagon is 'cause so many of us fall off - but we're here now - the support you need is here - we'll all be here to cheer you on.

Glad to have you back with us! There are bunches of people here with more to lose and some with less, sometimes losing it again - the bottom line is that we all have to do it a day at a time. The good thing is that we'll have lots of company along the way.

I've only been here a few months myself, having NEVER been part of an online forum. What has been so eye-opening is how much it has helped me. Whenever I feel overwhelmed or defeated, I just log on and read some of the success stories, complete with their before & after photos - or read about others still dealing day to day with their challenges - and before I know it, the time has flown by and so have all the thoughts of going off track or giving up. It has made all the difference in the success of my weight loss so far.

So welcome back - you're in the right place - jump right back in by inspiring us and being inspired!
