Default i missed everybody!
my bestest buddies... i couldnt stay away any longer! being on my cell phone with the dying battery, i will be brief. i was an active member here for several months and in feb. of this year i finally hit my goal weight and was loving excercise. fast forward to today- a separation, messy divorce, dealing with moving, working, not being a house wife, being a single mom, supporting myself, and so on... healthy living took a back seat. thankfully im feeling very balanced and ok but sadly after i put back on 15.

so im here to say, i have recommitted. and im back. and im not going to settle. so i have started tracking my food again, restarted the shred, and feel really happy. but seriously... i missed you guys!

I remember you; in fact, I was reading an old thread the other day and saw you in it and thought, "Hey, where did she go!??" And now here you are! I'm so sorry that your year has been tough, but it sounds like you're back on track and without too much damage done! Welcome back!
