Mini-Goals - My first mini goal

was to be able to do the hour long interval program on my elliptical . . . and I just did it today! :dance:
It's taken me a while to build up to it, usually I get off at 45-50 minutes, but today I decided Im not stopping till it tells me too.
Feels great too . . . thought I'd share. . . . the next mini is to be under 200 so 13 pounds to go.

Congrats! It is so hard pushing yourself that extra bit but you did it!!!! Definitely something to be proud about. Keep up the awesome work! :)
