I just realized something.... NSV!
So I just totally realized something... I don't emotionally eat anymore, nor do I emotionally drink as much either (I do sometimes when I'm stressed from work, and there has been a lot of stress lately). I snack, but it's not because I'm bored or upset or depressed or anything, and I never really realized it until today. I'm still working on being consistent with my eating, like eating the right foods and I have yet to incorporate a workout routine every day, but it's things like this that make me realize that I'm on my way to healthiness.
