Returned and positive to suceed
Yep, its shelz yet again...
I've had my ups and downs as most of th old faces will know. This time I am back, with a healthy goal (not adjusted on ticker or profile yet - but 126) to reach. Date to be reached by absolute latest is August, but ideally it will be early into 2010.
So, I am going to be eating not less than 1200 calories a day and doing a gym workout 4 times a week for half an hour.
This time its good and sensible and nothings going to stand in my way!
