so I met my 5% goal of 10 lbs (it was a looooong way but I have thyroid issues and I think it's also due to me getting my meds corrected finally). Up next is 10% which is 20 lbs, I want to be done by Christmas! woot woot!
I really think I can, especially now that my Synthroid is finally at what it needs to be, the weight is really coming off. I just need to make sure I don't over-eat and I'll be fine.
