100 lb. Club - I skipped the scale for a few days for my sanity.....and!!!

I think I broke through my plateau, at least a tiny bit. I had been bouncing between 198 and 193 for MONTHS!!! I would work out, eat right, get enough sleep, do my best to control stress, and jump on the scale in the morn and still see the same numbers over and over. I finally said I need a break from the scale, and took a few days off, figured what the heck, I jumped on it this morning and I was 191.6. Granted only a couple pounds down from my lowest weight of a few weeks, but 191.6!!!! is my lowest in prob 15 years! Anyways, thank you soooooo much ladies for all your support and listening to me whine, and thanks in advance for listening to me whine, as I'm sure I'm bound to do that again....
Off to the gym, my goal is to be somewhere in the 180's, even if it's 189.9 by the time I see my gyno on the 21st of this month. The last time I saw my gyno, I weight 278 pounds. It was just over two years ago.

Your gynecologist is going to die of shock! That is a major accomplishment, and breaking a plateau can be so hard, so you deserve extra kudos on that :)

Thanks for all the great posts guys. Sadly, it didn't last real long. I'm hoping it's water bloat, but???? I seriously didn't go overboard this weekend at all. I did have pasta on Sat at a restaurant, but only ate half and had the rest last night. I had 2 glasses of wine with my meal as well. Can I serioulsy NEVER indulge again? Thsi is such a bummer. Got on the scale this am and was back up to 196!! I was even at a bridal shower on Sat and had NOOOOO cake!

I'm sure it's water bloat Born. I don't have to tell you not to give up, because I know you don't/won't! Give yourself a couple low sodium days and you'll be back. I can gain, (and lose) 5 pounds overnight by having soy sauce or ham. Wine and restaurant food can do the same thing. Keep up the good work lady!

Thanks Lori! I won't give up. Sometimes it just takes me a little longer. It's also why it does take me forever to annouce big losses cause it seems to bounce all over the place and I wanna make sure it's legit....
