Cool Buenos Aires/ Hausbrot

Hi!

I know its a long shot to get an answer, but I'm currently living in Buenos Aires and there is a food chain here called Hausbrot. They sell bread, empanadas, baked goods, etc. all with no white sugar or white flour. I've searched everywhere for nutrition info but can't find any. Any ladies living in Buenos Aires here who might have looked into this? I'm especially trying to figure out calories in the wheat and veggie empanadas, its like a turn over.

Thanks!!

I would think they have the same calories as those with white sugar and white flour. If no white sugar, they most likely have high fructose corn syrup, or some other form of sugar. I would think the main difference re the flour, would be nutrition, that is if they have whole wheat flour. Do they list empanadas on CalorieKing.com, but no veggie ones. Mucho calories.
