I just started weight watchers on Sunday and while things were GREAT the first three days, I immediately fell off the wagon. It seems like it started with on bad food decision then from there it just went to poo. I'm back on today allthough I already had a snickers bar but I was wondering if anyone had any advice for starters? I'm also only doing the online plan...
