Default Just Started

I just started weight watchers on Sunday and while things were GREAT the first three days, I immediately fell off the wagon. It seems like it started with on bad food decision then from there it just went to poo. I'm back on today allthough I already had a snickers bar but I was wondering if anyone had any advice for starters? I'm also only doing the online plan...

hey I just started too, about 2 weeks ago, i "took the weekend off" for my sisters wedding, i knew i would be drinking and didnt want to be accountable, i would love to have a partner to go through it with, exchange ideas etc. i personally like quantity, bang for my buck, let me know if you're interested in emailing daily or something, we are also weight twins!
