Just got back from c25k 4.1 and was feeling great when a lady from UPS knocked on the front door and delivered my La Roux tickets for november!

So happy I did a little kitchen dance! I feel like going for another run with just La Roux on my playlist...

Got up and went to the gym with DH before work. He's finally at the point where he's as committed to this as I am, and I couldn't be happier It's an awesome feeling knowing that we're supporting each other in getting healthier.

This morning I got up super early and went for an hour king run/walk and it made me feel great! I also had a super healthy lunch and then went to meet up with my friends and only had a green tea while they had hot chocolate and cake! I'm having a good day
oh, and I have also resisted texting my ex for 3 days, which is a huge challenge for me. I have finally realised he is not worth my time and effort.
