Activity Points
I am currently doing WW online (just started actually). I work out regularly, but I am a little confused about how to count my activity points. I do a lot of workout DVDs. Would I count the whole DVD as the same level or is it possible to calculate separately, the warmup, cooldown and actual cardio portion? For example, I did Turbo Jam Cardio Party this morning. I don't want to count the whole DVD as being heavy intensity, because it's not really accurate.
