Mini-Goals - 50 Pound Mark!

As of this morning I have lost 50 pounds since March of this year. Only 18 more to go to meet my goal of 160. When I reach that goal I will decide if I want to keep going.

For those that are just begining this journey I thouht 50 pounds would take forever. There have been weeks of frustration and disapointment. But I did not give up and here I am today able to post that I have lost 50 pounds, 8 inches off of my waist and went from a size 20 W to Size 16 average which is getting loose on me.

The weight loss really shows now. I will have to get pictures. My face really looks thin. I am so happy I just had to share with those that understand what this life style change is like.

Thanks so much letting us know about your success - it is truly inspiring to us just beginning the process (again!) to know that results are not that far away - just taking it a day at a time.

That's fantastic. I'm at about the same weight you were when you started. Pictures are awesome, by the way. I have to make sure I get my daily dose of before and after shots to keep be perky. I'd love to see yours added to those already posted.

18 lbs is nothing compared to the work you've already done. You'll be there in no time at all. ^^

Yay congrats!! 50lbs is great, and it's inspiring to know that you did it in such a short time. Being on here and seeing peoples results makes it so much easier to keep going and not give up on my ultimate goal! Can't wait to see pics!

50 lbs lost is a HUGE accomplishment! That is really inspirational. I cannot wait to see the pics. I'm such a sucker for before & afters.. Congrats and keep up the great work. :)
