my mom made pancakes this morning and she doesn't know how to read labels, so she just made the pancakes without measuring.
on the label, it says 1/2 cup of the mix (58g) for 3 pancakes. here's my dilemma. she's already made it, so do you think i can just weigh 58g per COOKED pancake and still count it the same or just not eat it b/c there's no telling?
