Unhappy shouldnt let this bother me!!!
hiya.

iv just had an email off an ex boyfriend (who iv not spoken to for months) talking about how awful i look on my face book pictures!!! i dont know why out of the blue he would do that. he was describing pictures i put on facebookl ast night so must have seen them. he is not my friend on facebook and all my pictures are visable to direct friends only, i can only think he must have seen them off one of my facebook friends profiles? i have no idea who though. needless to say all my pictures are viewable to me only for now.

Im over a stone lighter than when i was with him so know i look better and should just ignore it.. just niggling away at me that he even bothered to send it

Your right. You shouldn't let it bother you. I bet he probably knows you are insecure with you weight (like almost all woman are) and is trying to use it to attack you. You should probably just drop it, but if you are feisty like me, I'd shoot back with something like, "Why, thank you Mr. Sourpuss Pants. It's nice to know you've been checking in on me. I, on the other hand, have not given you a second thought."

I agree that he sounds jealous. If he's a schemer...he may even think that if he can upset you, he might get you to go off track and put some weight back on...and that then you'll go running back to him.

On the facebook part...I also have everything sent to "friends only"...but I feel like sometimes they get "leaked" to friends of friends when people leave comments (you know how on your home page you get that panel on the right that shows you what your friends are commenting on....I feel like those are things that maybe you wouldn't normally have access to). Anyway...there is a feature somewhere in the account settings (in the part where you select if you want to be searchable, etc.) that lets you flat out BLOCK someone. So to that person, it will be like you are not even ON facebook. You should block him. My friend did that with her ex-husband. If you want help finding this feature...let me know!!!
