I lost 1.2 lbs this weeks. I added a little exercise and watched my points so I had hoped for a large number of pounds dropped. But, as long as it's a loss ... I'll take it :smug:

I lost -0.4 this week, but after last week's huge drop, I was totally paranoid my body would somehow self-correct and I'd gain. So I'll take it!

Hi ladies!

My weigh in is on Thursday so I am a little late getting this in, but better late than never, right?

I am up .4 this week. I would normally be upset/aggravated with a gain, but I am actually quite pleased it was only .4. I ate Applebee's twice last week, pasta once and steak the next. And the remaining five days I ate at home, I had pasta three of them. I was fully expecting to have gained at least two pounds.

Anyway, I've gotten over my pasta kick, and don't have any friends/family treating me to dinner for helping them out. I fully expect to get back on my exercise horse and start losing again.

Good luck everyone. And way to go for those of you who came in with a loss. I will be back Thursday to post this weeks loss.

I had some medical issues but now since they're being sorted I can seem to lose again which is great, because I am the biggest I have ever been in my life. Since October 2 I have been losing, but Monday will be my first full week on WW again, so I will just count that..hope it's alright that I join...looks like a great place for accountability.

Not that I think this will happen every time as I have been on WW before, but this just proves to me - when the Doctors help you get healthy and you count and track, that WW does work wonders. This loss really has motivated me to do this week well. - Ash

I started doing ww at home a few months ago and got side tracked. : ( I started again two weeks ago. I lost 2.2lbs the first week and this week I lost 1.6 I am super excited but the support is helpful. So if I can join I will be weighing in and letting you know. Thanks!

I wasn't sure if I should wait to post until the next month starts or not. My weigh in day was Friday and I was down 1.5lbs. I've been doing WW for about 3 weeks.

Well Ladies,

I did TERRIBLE this weekend. I seriously just pigged out. I do not know what weekends are so hard for me. I can do great during the week and then here comes the weekend and I suck. I lost -0.5 lbs, so that's 6 lbs. in two weeks which I know isn't bad at all. My husband is going TDY this week, we will see how I do not having him here. I think I snack less - obviously it's not his fault, but we like to snack "together."

Here's to a better week this week!!!

hello all! I am very new to this site, and forums all together. I LOVE reading them, but never had to courage to become a member of one! Anyway, you all seem to be doing well and hopefully I will follow!

My story- I started weight watchers at home (no meetings) about 2 weeks ago on October 5, at 163lbs. As of today I am at 158lbs. I have been doing really well--keeping a journal helps LOTs, I highly recommend it! I want to get down to about 130 and I am thinking WW is going to help me get there.


I hope to find new friends, some support, and maybe even shared recipes on here. I would love to help out anyone I can with the support as well!

I am a newlywed (as of May 2, 09) and ANY recipes for dinner for me and the hubs would be great!

Its nice to meet all of you!!

I was bad last week and forgot to weigh myself.. oops! So, from my weight from two weeks ago till today I have lost 2.3 pounds. Overall since I've started in mid-August I've lost 9.4 pounds and I am offically in the 170's!!! I'm so excited. I've been this low in pounds before, but never in inches which really thrills me more than anything. I owe it to you ladies for making me accountable, even though I don't post a lot, I often think of how I will have to share my gain and it helps defer me from food. :)

And a big congrats to all you ladies who have lost so well this month.

ok guys, I need some help! I haven't been doing so well! This morning I decided to walk to the cafeteria here at work, and I had some grits 3 slices of bacon and a bb muffin! I feel like Im falling slack! I was doing really well for this first 2 weeks, but now its like uughh-- this is getting old, and I feel more hungry in the afternoons than I used to. I only get 22 points a day. Need some motivation! Anyone else feeling this way??? How can I stop "snacking"?!? :?:

Sound like menu planning might helpCierra72387 - may not exactly what but l like divide points between meals. This may be said over and over, but you should be eating every two to three hours. I am still perfecting this technique, but I must admit it does help at night as I am not ravenous. I hope this helps!

LOL ASH I wish you luck reserecting TOM -- My baby factory has shut down (3 curtain crawlers 1 foster was enough) My youngest and foster are 17 so they are almost gone too.

Cierra meal planning is my best suggestion for you I too only get 21-22 pts per day...but I can counter some of that with exercise and boost it up a bit. For example for breakfast, 2-3 serv egg beater 1pt, High fiber english muffin 1pt, few slices candian bacon 1pt= breakfast 3pts......snack FF popcorn 1pt, lunch homemade veggie soup 0pt or FF tortilla with few slices of deli ham, lettuce, onion, FF mayo, mustard (great wrap)=2pt,...
it all just takes a little planning

nancylmrn - Yeah, see we have a 2 year old, and our daughter passed away last year in October; so we would love at least one more. Not sure if it will happen, but hopefully when I get healthier it will. : )

ASH I am sorry about your daughter do you mind me asking what happened? and how old was she?
I lost a child with a miscarry (actually the twin to my yougest) and it was a dark time for me and our family but with love and support we moved forward

And as far as you concieving again well all I can say is relax....there is ten years difference between my oldest and youngest..it took me about two years to conceive with my older two and over 6 years with my youngest. it can happen just don't give up and for me I just had to quit worry about it. I enjoy every min I have with all my girls and don't dwell on what might have been

Sorry Chickadees! Forgot to stop by last week, and then as the week kept going on I decided to just wait and do last week and this week today!

So, for last Monday I lost 1.8lbs, and this week I lost 1.2

I am two lbs away from my 10% and there is a very good chance I'll have met my first mini goal by my birthday in November!

Thanks to all the ladies who made me feel better bout my TOM gain. It looks like everyone is doing great! Good job ladies!

So TOM passed and luckily I lost my gain for that week and lost .5 more...so total lost this week is 1.7 lb.

Halloween is in 2 days...I can't believe how fast it came. Anyone doing anything special??

I was doing so well and then Sunday night I got hospitalized. (until Wednesday and then I battled my infection at home and today, Friday seem to be better.)
Now I am up 2 lbs. so we'll see where I stand offically on Monday.
I was poised to hit my 10 lb. Monday, and so I am a little bummed since I don't think that'll happen now.
