Medifast - Another Newbie - Just started MF!

Hi! i found this site while looking for information about Medifast. It looks like a lot of fun!:D Love the title 3 Fat Chicks!

i'm not having quite as much fun with MF at the moment because i am still in the early days and not feeling so great - headachey, tired, HUNGRY!!! But my friend had really great success with it, so i am going to stick it out and i feel pretty confident that it's going to be awesome.

It should pass in the next day or so, then you should start feeling better than you have in a long time. At least I did.

I am new too, waiting on my MF food shipment and so not looking forward to the first few days of feeling icky!!

I guess you have been at it for a little while now, how are you feeling? How long did it take before you started to feel better?

Give it a few days. You know it works because you've seen it. If you are super hungry in the start, you can add in an extra shake or soup or something. You are close to your goal. Stick with it! Have a great day.
