Does it Work? - Has anyone tried Lighter Life?

Hi,

My friend was trying to convice me from stoping the atkins and moving to lighter life.

It means I pay about £60 ($90) and they provide me with food each week.

Its a lot of money to pay and i've been doing well on the atkins however my friend has told me this is a sure thing to keep losing weight.

Has anyone here tried this diet?

I haven't heard of it but I think it is a lot of money to spend. How is Atkins working for you ? I , personally refuse to spend a lot of money to have someone prepare food for me, when I can do it myself, so much cheaper.

I know of a couple of people who have been on it and they did lose a lot of weight but I think you have to be really dedicated to do it. Its a lot of money to waste if you aren't and a long time to go without eating real food.

I'm doing ok on the atkins I think. I don't find it too restrictive however i never lost any weight this week. I've done 3weeks and I'm starting on my 4th.
