Hi I'm New
Hello! I've been on and off diets and fitness plans for some time now. Some work, some don't, but usually something comes up (work, family issues, etc) that stops me from my progress. I get everything back in order and get back on a plan, but usually feels like I'm starting all over. Seems like there would be a few people in here that I could relate to. Looking forward to talking with you!
