Default Feeling Good Have to Share!

I am feeling pretty good right now. I wanted to do somethng differnt today so I jumped on the treadmill. I was only gonna do as much as I could . I was watching Law And Order and I seen I was at 10 min then 15 so I told my self I can do more. So I completed a full 30 min on the treadmill I was only going 1.5 mph But better then nothing right. I kept telling myself it wasnt bad and I could do it and I did. Now I am sweatin my tale off from jest that little bit of time. I will be doing more before long.

Jest had to share.

That's great! When you accomplish goals like that, it motivates you to go for bigger goals when you're ready. Last night I had a first myself. I walked 4-5 mph for 8 miles. My legs are killin me this morning tho LOL. BTW - I started out walking for 15 minutes at 2 mph. My point is you gotta start somewhere and youre doing great!

Keep going and good luck!

That's it. That's the way to do it. Keep pushing yourself and you will discover just what strong stuff you are made of. You will AMAZE yourself. Feels pretty darn incredible.

I love how the exercise time passes a little faster and it's easier to push myself a little longer when I'm doing something I enjoy (like watching TV, reading or listening to tunes).

Congratulations!!

That's awesome Bonnie! That is exactly how I started and I gradually upped the speed and incline when it got too easy. That's what I still do, and it has really paid off. I love to go on itunes and find new music to get me moving, it really helps.
