So I'm back on the wagon after falling off over the summer. I managed to regain like 15 pounds. Sigh. The good news? I've been back on my diet for about 3 weeks now and I've already lost about 7 pounds! As I'm the type of person who needs immediate gratification or I lose interest/get discouraged, this is GREAT news!
I've noticed that if I stop coming to this board I slip. Maybe it's because I hate moving my little ticker to the left instead of the right and having all you ladies see it
. So hopefully this time I'll stick with it long enough to reach my goal-that I set for myself over a year and a half ago!
So frustrating to think if I'd just stuck with the diet I would be at goal already. Ugh. Anyways, I look forward to getting to know you guys (again)!
