Smile Just Getting started in Phase 1, New to Site....Hello All
OKAY SO I JUST GOT BACK HOME AFTER SHOPPING FOR ALL MY GROCERIES FOR PHASE 1, I START TOMORROW AND I AM VERY EXCITED. DOES ANYBODY HAVE ANY WORDS OF ENCOURAGEMENT, ANY POINTERS, ANY FEEDBACK.

Welcome to 3FC! Good luck with your new plan! Words of encouragement - Don't give up tomorrow. Tomorrow could be a tough day for you, but I swear it won't always feel like that. Things will feel normal for you after a while. And a pointer - read the book!!! So many people could be more successful if they would read the book and not just the snippets. Really dig it - learn why the diet works and all the tips that the author has for you. It could mean the difference of success and failure.
