Default A New Member From Daytona
I've been a lurker here for awhile and see what a good site this is. I'm here because I'm now at my all-time high and my health is suffering from it. I will certainly appreciate all the help all of you can give me; hopefully I can help someone else in return.
I will be following an Exchange plan; I've done it in the past and it seems the best for me. (Like so many others I've done most of the other diets also, only to gain back more than I lost.) I'm determined this will be different.
