Default Back Again!!!

Hi Again!!! I joined in 2007 but onl;y made a few post. From Oct 2007 through May 2008 I was able to loose 31 lbs. I had my gall bladder removed in August 2008 and gained 20 lbs in less than 4 months. 2009 has been a pretty chunky and miserable year. I'm thinking about the Flat Belly Diet but due to having to feed the family, I'm not too good with rigid plans. Any advise is appreciated....

I haven't weighed in about 2 weeks. I'm sure it shows a gain of 2-3 more!!!

Welcome back!

You're wise to recognize what will and what won't work for you. I suggest you read over the forums, look over the various diet plans, read what others have to say about them, and decide what fits best with your lifestyle.

Like many others, I have to have a somewhat flexible plan. I think most people do these days, as we are all busy. I'm sure you'll find something that will work for you.

Good luck reaching your goals!
