Oh okay... Congrats Red! Great work during those tedious summer months.

Trekkiegirl - Just old fashioned calorie counting and well working out quite a bit nearly every day helps too. During most of the challenge I was training for my Triathlon and supplementing that with walking.

I think I'm going to start this next challenge with a small gain though. Oops.
