Sonoma Diet and the Mediterranean Diet - Wanting to start

Hi Ladies,

I want to start the Sonoma / Mediterranean lifestyle.
I am going to get the Sonoma Diet but it is currently on backorder so I have to wait 2-4 weeks.

Can anyone please post what I am NOT suppose to have the first 10 days.
I know that it's-
no sugar, no alcohol, no fruits but past that I am clueless.

Welcome to the Sonoma way, I am new too and would love to do the diet together.

Have you tried your local library? I have been reading that one till I get my own copy.
