Sonoma Diet and the Mediterranean Diet - Hey MaryLou2009...(and others)

In the other post you said you also had headaches, tired, etc one wave. How long did they last? Today I have been headachy again and even got shakey between breakfast & lunch. I was wondering if this was normal on wave 1 or if its because of my sinus infection (altough it hasn't happened to me before when I had one). Thanks in advance for any info. Great job on your weight loss.

It started on day 2 and only lasted until about the end of day 4. I've felt fine since then. Hope you're feeling better soon!

Thanks for your info. I am feeling a little better. Hubby & I weighed this morning. He was down 3 pounds and I was down almost 2 :hug:!!
