Okay so I was doing really well.. right before summer... I was in onederland and loving it... Now I have gained all 30 pounds back plus some extra.. I just will not STOP EATING!! This all seems like alot of work and after putting it off for at least a month... Im ready to do something! I'm 18 years old and I start college here in about a week and a half... I had dreams of being the college dream girl and hooking the hottie at the gas station (small town ) but now it seems those dreams have gone up in smoke and chocolate....... some motivation sure would be helpful right now.. and I know you guys are exactly the people to ask...

are you dorming, or are you renting?

I lost 25lbs in the first 3 weeks I left home and moved into a college dorm. I walked every where. And I only ate at the healthy cafeteria. Plus they listed calories in everything (which was soooo helpful)

If you are renting, welcome to my current life.

I've lost about 18lbs since living on my own again. It's nice being able to control what you eat.

I have been where you are,and I can tell you changing my eating habits for life have made things a little easier. in April I was 187 and then I got up to208 which might not seem so far but when you worked so hard for something it is damaging! but finding support in myself and loved ones and this site made things so much easier. Girl, you and I are in pretty close to the same spot! I'm starting my 2nd yr of college (so you're a getting started a year sooner than I did - that's a victory in itself!) and I'm 19.. I always dreamed of being "that girl" in college too.. but try to stay positive. You have already made the decision to get better. You CAN do this.
